I'm Jordan. I started UPSTEP in Denver, Colorado after the kind of frustration that compounds: I bought a full-size treadmill in 2024 and it ate half my living room. Six months later it was a $1,400 coat rack. I wanted something that walks under the desk and disappears. So we built UPSTEP.
We pick one product and obsess. The walking pad is the only thing we sell. That means we know 2.25HP motor specs and what 'continuous duty' actually means, the noise curve from 1 to 4 mph (it stays under 45 dB), and the wheels-out-of-the-way design that fits a 38-inch closet cold. If something is wrong with yours, you'll talk to me or someone two desks away — not a chatbot.
Order it. Try it for 30 days in your real home office during meetings. If it doesn't earn its spot, we pay for the return. Last quarter our return rate was 4.6% — we publish it because it matters.
